Variety Coffee Roasters roasts its own coffee, with a menu that changes frequently based on what’s in season. The company opened its first location on Graham Avenue in 2008 and has since grown to nine locations. Brewing guides on offer include French press, V60, and Chemex methods. Coffee bags and equipment are also available for purchase.
