Variety Coffee Roasters builds its menu around seasonal availability, changing selections throughout the year as fresh crops come in. The company opened its first location on Graham Avenue in 2008 and has since grown to nine locations. Beyond brewed coffee, it sells bagged beans, equipment such as V60s, Chemex brewers and French presses, and offers a coffee subscription.
