Variety Coffee Roasters builds its menu around seasonal availability, changing selections throughout the year as fresh crop comes in. The company opened its first shop on Graham Avenue in 2008 and has since grown to nine locations. Beyond drip coffee, the shop sells its own roasted beans, brewing equipment, and coffee subscriptions for home use. Brewing guides on offer include French press, V60, and Chemex methods.
