Roasting since 1984, when Susan Ohori began after training in the tradition of Alfred Peet, this is the oldest continuously operating roastery in New Mexico. Dark roasts are a specialty — French, Italian, and aged Indonesian blends among them — alongside single origins by region including Sumatra, Sulawesi, East Timor, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, and Peru, with organic offerings in the lineup. A second Santa Fe shop operates on South St. Francis Drive, and a subscription program ships the roasts.
