Intelligentsia roasts its own coffee, including the Black Cat Classic espresso blend it has poured since 1995, alongside single-origin selections sourced from farms around the world. The coffeebar pours both espresso drinks and filter coffee brewed from beans roasted by Intelligentsia, and sells brew equipment, drinkware and bagged coffee for home use.
