Stereoscope Coffee roasts its own beans, founded in 2013 by a team of baristas and Q-graders focused on making high-quality coffee accessible. The company builds its approach around what it calls the Five Elements—altitude, soil, fauna, climate, and the relationship between farmer and roaster—as a way of framing where each coffee comes from. A new release, Ethiopia – Bishan Wate, is sold as bagged coffee.
