Olympia Coffee roasts its own beans, offered as single origins and in Oliver’s Custom Coffee blends. The West Seattle location is one of several cafes the company runs alongside sites in Olympia, Tacoma and downtown Seattle. Beyond brewed coffee and espresso, the company sells tea, chocolate, brewing equipment and home espresso machines, and runs its own coffee classes.
