Publik Coffee Roasters roasts its own beans in small batches, roasting to order to cut waste and keep the coffee fresh. The current lineup includes Cabin, Central Ninth, Beekeeper, and Burundi Kayanza, with tasting notes ranging from toffee and tart cherry to milk chocolate and honeycomb. A decaf option, Marmalade, is also on the menu.
