Publik Coffee Roasters is a small batch specialty roaster that roasts to order to cut down on waste and keep the coffee fresh. Current offerings include Cabin, Central Ninth, Beekeeper, and Burundi Kayanza, along with a Marmalade decaf, each cupped for flavor notes like toffee, tart cherry, or milk chocolate.
