Espresso rotates through a house offering, and drip coffee is brewed from the current house selection. Signature syrups are made from scratch, including the cinnamon-vanilla “Cinilla” used in the Maribel latte, along with lavender vanilla and house chocolate sauce. Cold brew concentrate steeps for 24 hours before being served over ice or built into a latte. The menu also includes matcha, chai made with brown sugar and honey, hot chocolate, and teas from Smith Tea Makers and Two Leaves and A Bud, plus steamers and drinks for kids.
