Flora Coffee roasts its own beans in small batches weekly in Austin. The lineup includes lots from Colombia, such as washed and fermented pink bourbon and Java varietals sourced from producers like Juliana Guevara and Wbeimar Lasso, as well as coffee from the Juan Tama Indigenous Collective Association in Cauca. Coffee is sold whole bean or ground, by the bag, for espresso, drip, or pour-over brewing, alongside a cafe menu served on site.
