Cathedral Coffee roasts its own beans, with all coffee roasted fresh on Monday and Tuesday. The lineup includes Sumatra Gayo, El Mirador, and Los Pirineos, alongside a house blend and a decaf option. Coffee is also available through monthly subscriptions, shipped weekly from the roastery.
