Café Zamora pours coffee grown on the owners’ own farmer-owned cooperative in Guatemala and roasted in Portland, with beans imported directly rather than through middlemen. The menu includes espresso, lattes, cold brew, a cardamom cold brew soda and a toasted marshmallow latte. Whole bean coffee, including dark and medium roasts, is also available for purchase to take home.
