Roasting Plant roasts its coffee on site using a proprietary system it calls Javabot, which roasts beans fresh in small batches rather than in advance. The shop sells coffees including women-produced lots from Guatemala and Peru, an Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, and a Jamaica Blue Mountain reserve, alongside bags for retail purchase.
