Black Fox Coffee roasts its own beans and also pours coffee from outside roasters, including Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, Square Mile in East London, George Howell in Boston, and 49th Parallel in Vancouver. The shop has served New York City since 2016, and sells whole-bean bags, brew gear, subscriptions, and merchandise both in-store and online through its own coffee club.
