Desert Wind roasts its own coffee in small batches and serves it within hours of roasting. The lineup includes the Red Rock Blend, a medium/dark roast with chocolate and toasted almond notes, an Espresso Blend described as rich and rounded, and the Sahara Blend, with floral, dried-fruit flavor and a nutty cedar finish. Beans are sourced from origins around the world, and the roaster runs on site behind the counter.
