Kapéj Coffee Roasters selects current-crop green coffees, sampling lots from growers and brokers around the world before choosing what to carry. Coffee is roasted in-house on the shop’s own roaster, with each lot evaluated for taste before it’s added to inventory. A Uganda Mt. Elgon Bududa has been described as light-bodied, nutty, with notes of chocolate and citrus.
