Soft Parade pours coffee roasted by Dark Matter Coffee. The roaster makes its beans in-house and sells them under names like Bowery Beat, alongside merchandise, brewing equipment and drinkware. Dark Matter also runs a chocolate line called Sleep Walk Chocolateria, which appears on menus across its cafes.
