La Coop sources its coffee directly from a cooperative its founder formed in his hometown of Union Cantinil, Huehuetenango, Guatemala. The single-origin beans are roasted locally and served as the shop’s coffee, with farmers paid directly for their crop. Beyond drinks, the shop sells its coffee by the bag for home brewing and takes wholesale orders for restaurants, offices, and other coffee shops.
