Drip coffee comes from Colombia, Los Gigantes, with notes of dark chocolate, maraschino cherry and toasted graham. Espresso is a Brazil/Colombia blend. Drinks include cortados, flat whites and a housemade cinnamon caramel latte called The Thing, plus hot chocolate and mocha made with Dandelion reserve drinking chocolate, chai from Kilogram Organics, and matcha from Sugimoto. Whole bean bags from Ritual Roasters and instant coffee travel tubes are sold as well.
