Sightglass Coffee roasts its own beans, including single-origin lots, espresso and organic blends such as Owl’s Howl and Grizzly Peak. The 7th Street location is the SoMa cafe, with the roasting machine visible from the counter. Beyond brewed coffee and espresso, Sightglass sells retail bags to go, offers brew guides, and runs in-person barista classes.
