Pinhole Coffee pours drip from Linea Caffe, including a custom house blend called “Masarap,” created for the owners’ wedding and named after the Tagalog word for “delicious.” Espresso comes from Grand Coffee, using their “Las Pilas” Guatemala blend, and a rotating pour-over program features coffees from guest roasters around the country. Tea comes from Blue Willow, chai from David Rio, and matcha from Encha. Pastries are supplied by Bernal Bakery and Butter Block, and the shop also sells beans, mugs, and art by local artists.
