Paragon Coffeehouse pours Noble Coffee Roasting, an award-winning roaster from Oregon’s Rogue Valley that sources organic green coffees from farms and cooperatives. Dairy comes from Alexandre Family Farm, a certified regenerative organic operation. Syrups, chai, caramel and chocolate sauces are organic and made in small batches in Sisters, Oregon, alongside organic loose-leaf teas and ceremonial-grade Uji matcha. Coffee here is brewed slowly, with attention to each cup rather than speed.
