Cartel Roasting Co. is a community-owned coffee company that sources and roasts its own beans, with offerings like a Kenya Kiangoi AA carrying notes of Meyer lemon, lime zest, kumquat and butterscotch. Beyond bagged coffee, the company sells merchandise such as tees and stickers and runs a subscription program for regular deliveries. It also offers wholesale accounts for restaurants, cafes and offices, including cold brew on tap.
