3 Cups roasts its own coffee on an electric, zero-emissions Bellwether roaster, using beans from small sustainable farms. Baked treats, gelato, açai bowls and house-made syrups are all made in-house, with baking starting at 5:30 a.m. daily. The counter also pours chocolate drinks, matcha and dirtied sodas, and shares space with books from The King’s English.
