Jet Black Coffee Company roasts its own beans in Portland and pours them alongside Holy Kakow organic syrups and chocolate sauce. The menu also includes Tanglewood Beverage’s Ginger Spiced Chai and organic teas from ohQua, with coconut, almond, oat, and soy milk options. Pastries and bagels come from Catscratch Vegan Bakery, Jen’s Pastries, Bowery Bagels, New Cascadia, and Sweetpea Baking Company. The cafe is entirely vegan, including its all-day Egg & Cheese sandwich made with a gluten-free sausage patty and Mama Lil’s Spicy Peppers.
