Ipsento roasts its coffee in-house, on site since 2006, and pours its own small-batch beans in Bucktown. Whole bean bags are available to take home, including a coffee from Kayon Mountain Farm with notes of pear, lime and caramel. The menu also includes canned cold brew, ice cream and affogato, plus chai lattes, mochas and sandwiches.
