Dollop roasts its own coffee, including bagged blends like Berried Alive, a medium roast with berry and fudge notes, and Brazil Supremo, a darker roast suited to drip and cold brew. It also carries an Ethiopia Guji natural. Beyond coffee, the shop partners with local food and beverage makers, selling their products alongside its own. Compostable packaging is used across its cafés.
