Colectivo roasts its own coffee, sourcing beans for light, medium, and dark roasts along with single-origin and decaf offerings sold as whole bags. This cafe pours those blends alongside espresso drinks and cold brew. The Lincoln Park location has an outdoor patio with a fire pit, and food from Troubadour, the bakery behind it, is served alongside the coffee menu.
