Coffee Commissary sells its own small-batch roasted beans, including a house Commissary Blend, alongside single-origin and seasonal selections available whole bean or brewed to order. Whole bean coffee can be bought by the bag in-store or through subscriptions. The Fairfax location is one of several Coffee Commissary cafés operating across Los Angeles, each also offering food and merchandise alongside the coffee program.
