Redshift Coffee Roasters is a family-owned specialty coffee company that roasts its own beans in-house. Instead of roasting to a light, medium, or dark color standard, the focus is on how each coffee will be brewed and how to bring out the most from every bean. The company grew out of coffee roots and hands-on experience in Moscow into a small, expanding network of shops across Orange County. An app lets customers customize their drink orders and earn rewards on purchases.
