Longevity Coffee pours certified organic, fair trade coffee made from Arabica beans grown on small, family-owned farms at high altitude. The beans are hand-picked, hand-sorted, wash-processed, and roasted on a proprietary roaster the shop designed and built itself, which uses 85% less energy than a comparable machine. Food options include avocado toast, burritos, Mediterranean wraps, smoothies, oatmeal, house-made granola, and breakfast bowls.
