Fully traceable, ethically sourced, specialty-grade coffee has been the roasting brief since 2018, all of it roasted in Albuquerque. Single-origin offerings rotate, including a seasonal Mother Nature series, and retail bags are sold in the cafes and online. Four locations operate across the city — Uptown, Nob Hill, Civic Plaza, and Sawmill Market — and in the evenings the Nob Hill cafe becomes Little Bear PM, Albuquerque’s first natural wine and full-service bar, serving natural wine, beer, and cocktails.
