Beans come from the owners’ own family farm in Jinotega, Nicaragua — a coffee-growing family four generations deep — and are micro-roasted and brewed on site in downtown Orlando. The business is female-owned and runs seed to cup, from hacienda harvest to roast to bar. Retail bags of the house coffee are sold in the shop and online.
