Caliber Coffee Co. sells specialty coffee drinks and offers a “Shot of Grace” board that lets customers pay it forward with a cup for someone else in the community. The shop is family-run, founded by Keith, Alaina, Ava Mei and Colt Schwartz in the Donelson area, and describes itself as aiming to serve neighbors as much as coffee.
