Hello Em Việt Coffee & Roastery is a micro roastery and café at 1227 S Weller St in Seattle’s Little Saigon neighborhood. The shop specializes in single-origin fine robusta beans sourced directly from Buôn Ma Thuột, Vietnam, and roasts weekly on site using a Stronghold S9 roaster. The menu includes cà phê Anh fine robusta espresso, bánh mì kẹp pressed sandwiches, and other lunch and drink items. Bagged coffee, including an arabica blend, is available for purchase. Online ordering for pickup is offered through Clover. The café shares its space with Little Saigon Creative, a project of the nonprofit Friends of Little Saigon.
