Olympia Coffee Roasting Company roasts its own beans and pours them at this Seattle location, part of a small chain that also runs cafes in Olympia, Tacoma, and elsewhere in Seattle. The company sells single-origin coffees and custom blends, along with tea, chocolate, and brewing equipment. It also offers coffee subscriptions and classes for home brewers.
