Alchemy Coffee pours a variety of organic roast beans sourced from around the world, alongside local pastries baked in Salt Lake City. Cold brew is made with a fair trade, organic Ethiopian yirgacheffe, a light roast peaberry, available by the cup or in 64oz growlers to go. The cafe’s gallery walls feature a rotating monthly display of local artists’ work, and dogs are welcome inside.
