Paloma roasts its own coffee on a Loring roaster, with a lineup spanning signature blends and single-origin lots from Peru, Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia, including a decaf and a direct-trade selection. Beans are sold by the bag alongside subscriptions. Founded in 2020, the shop also offers local delivery.
