Café Integral roasts its own coffee, founded in 2012 with a focus on Nicaraguan lots and vertical integration from farm to cup. Current single-estate offerings include a pink bourbon from Garzón in Huila, Colombia, a washed Castillo from El Mirador, and a geisha from El Progreso in Mozonte, Nicaragua, alongside Dulcinea, its seasonal espresso blend, and a rotating Swiss Water decaf.
