Colectivo roasts its own coffee, sold as light, medium and dark roasts along with single-origin and decaf options, available by the bag in 2lb and 5lb sizes. The cafe also carries baked goods from Troubadour, the bakery Colectivo operates alongside its coffee program. Cold brew and espresso drinks round out the menu, and coffee subscriptions are available for regular orders.
