Metric roasts its own coffee, sourcing single-origin lots such as Kenya Mugaya, Burundi Ninga Hills and Burundi Gitwe, most processed washed and roasted light. It also runs a seasonal blend, Parasol, split between Costa Rica and Burundi lots. Beyond bags of beans, the shop sells brewing equipment and merchandise, and offers wholesale accounts, catering for events, and coffee education.
