Intelligentsia Coffee runs a coffeebar on Shoal Creek in Austin. The company roasts its own coffee and has produced its Black Cat espresso blend since 1995. Its range covers single-origin coffees, blends, decaf, cold coffee, ready-to-drink cans, instant coffee and capsules, sorted by roast character into bright, comforting and traditional. Brewing equipment and grinders are sold alongside the coffee.
