Flitch Coffee operates out of a remodeled 1952 Spartan trailer, pouring coffee from Creature Coffee, Proud Mary Coffee Roasters, and Onyx Coffee alongside Zhi Teas. The menu extends into food and drink from local partners, including Pueblo Viejo Tacos, Sour Duck Pastries, Sinfull bars, Kosmic Kombucha, and Mill-King Dairy.
