Coffee here is roasted in-house on Diedrich roasters, with hand-chosen beans and seasonal blends rotating through the lineup. Milk drinks are made with Clover Sonoma organic whole milk. The shop also posts its own pour-over tutorials, including a V60 method for light roasts, reflecting an emphasis on brewing technique alongside the roasting itself.
