Connoisseur Coffee Company has roasted its own beans for over 41 years, selecting green coffee from more than 25 countries and roasting each batch in small, controlled lots under its master roasters. The roastery also runs a coffee bar with a daily-changing selection of freshly brewed coffee and specialty drinks. Its roasted coffees also supply a number of Bay Area restaurants and coffee houses.
