Devout Coffee began in 2011 as a BBQ grill converted into a roaster in a home garage, and grew into a storefront on Niles Boulevard by the end of 2012. The shop roasts its own beans and sells them for home brewing alongside coffee subscriptions and specialty brewing equipment. Drinks are kept simple, built to let sourced beans from farms around the world come through without added flavoring. Roasted bags are also available for wholesale accounts.
